SHIPPING

Your purchase will be shipped within two business days after your order has been placed. Please note that all our products are handmade,to order and we always make our best effort to send your order as soon as possible but delays might happen.

 

After you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirming it and once it leaves our facilities, you’ll receive another email with the tracking number. Give it a while until you receive this information.

 

If you don’t receive your order in the estimated time don’t hesitate to contact us to hello@nutch-brand.com.

Shipping Costs:

​

​Portugal: 3,45€ (1 to 3 business days)

Europe: 7,15€ (3 to 5 business days)

Rest of the World: ​11,50€ (5 to 8 business days)

 

We love our international customers but they must be aware of any additional taxes (import/customs duties) that may be added. These costs are not covered by Nutch.

EXCHANGES

​

We only accept exchanges of products that are still in the original conditions and within 21 days after delivery.

You must bear in mind that when shipping the package back and our shop we cannot be responsible for eventual losses in this process. If the items are lost in the process no exchange will be placed.

 

We only offer the cost of the shipping of your first exchange. Further exchanges will be supported by the customer.

 

If you wish to exchange your purchase you should take the following steps:

  1. Contact us to hello@nutch-brand.com informing us that you wish to exchange a purchased item and the details of the item you would like to receive (model and size).

  2. Your package will have to be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email). Please use the original package that we’ve sent to you. If it is the first exchange of the order, you will have to prepay the shipping costs and once we receive back the package, we’ll refund this value to you.

  3. If the item you wish to receive in exchange is in stock, it will take until 5 business days to be shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your new tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our facilities. If the item you wish to receive in exchange is out of stock, it can take until 10 business days for us to send it to you.

 

RETURNS

We only accept returns of products that are still in the original conditions and within 21 days after delivery.

You must bear in mind that when shipping the package back and our shop we cannot be responsible for eventual losses in this process. If the items are lost in the process no return will be placed.

We do not support shipping costs of returning items.

 

If you wish to return your purchase you should take the following steps:

  1. Contact us to hello@nutch-brand.com informing us that you wish to return your purchase.

  2. Your package will have to be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email). Please use the original package that we’ve sent to you.

  3. The money will be returned in the same payment method you have used in a maximum of 30 days
